The September 21, 2024: Help Keep Sarasota County Beautiful on the Annual International Coastal Clean Up Day. Various locations including Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Osprey, Oscar Scherer State Park, Nokomis and Englewood. More than 18 million pounds of trash was collected by nearly 500,000 volunteers during recent Coastal Cleanups.
